Meet The Team

Oversees all internal and external activities within the club. This includes updating essential contacts related to the club & school. Coordinates and holds meetings with the officer board, project teams, and club as a whole. Additionally, the president must lead any external meetings with other organizations, the QL+ Program, and the advisor frequently.

Determines a schedule for each project team to follow. Oversees the progress of project teams to ensure that tentative deadlines are met. Coordinates weekly check-ins with each team’s project where the team lead makes a presentation of the project's progress. Responsible for seeking out new projects for the club to pursue and possible companies to collaborate/get support from.

 VP Internal organizes social and volunteer events, gains connections with other student organizations, and keeps records of attendance on all meetings and events

Facilitates the internal progress of the club as a whole and the individual projects through financial organization and planning.

Organizes and records meeting minutes, and assists with communicating updates from the officer board to general body members, and other organizations.

Runs the Facebook and Instagram for the organization and sends out announcements for meetings, helps advertise QL+ and the projects that are currently active.
