SENSOR PROJECT

The sensor project is through the Arc of San Diego. There is a mother that is visually impaired and it’s difficult for her to see where her kids are in public and keep track of them. She has two young kids, both younger than 8, and the device she needs must be able to tell her how far away they are from her. The project is currently creating a phone app that can connect to sensors that are attached to the kids either as bracelets or necklaces. These sensors should be able to send feedback to the mom’s phone. They should be able to track where they are up to 100 ft away from her and tell her when they are certain distances away.
